We are currently seeking a friendly, qualified, and reliable Casual Receptionist to join our Stones Corner team.
About the RoleAs the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an essential role in delivering a warm and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner.
Managing appointment bookings and scheduling.
Handling phone and email enquiries.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks.
Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
About YouPrevious reception or customer service experience (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, team-oriented attitude.
Flexible availability to work casual shifts, including weekends when required.
