What We're Looking For:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Warm and skilled communication skills
Strong understanding of child safety and active supervision
Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to contribute positively to the room




Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
Your Role in the Toddler Room:
Supporting children's wellbeing, learning, and emotional security
Building respectful and responsive relationships with children and families
Contributing to a clean, organised, and engaging learning environment
Participating in observations, reflections, and daily program discussions
Working collaboratively with the room leader and wider team
