What we're looking for
Proven experience in residential property management
Strong knowledge of South Australian tenancy laws and property management regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, landlords and team members
Proficiency in property management software
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing tenant and property issues
Reliability and flexibility to accommodate the casual nature of this temporary position
A current driver's licence, as this role may require property inspections
Current property managers license
