You will manage recruitment, onboarding, letters of offer, and HR data across the Norcliffe business, supporting transfers and HR projects.
You will be part of a cooperative team focused on continuous improvement, safety culture, and flexible working arrangements.
Experience in mining or resources is valued but not essential.
