As Venue Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure consistent, high-quality service every night.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
2+ years of Management experience in a similar venue
Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems
Understanding of P&Ls;, COGs & GPs
Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
Write and control an effective roster
