We are seeking a skilled and energetic professional to join our Service Desk Team. This position requires strong communication and analytical skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively across Atturra, vendor, and client teams.
What you'll be doing
Provide application and functional support services to clients.
Translate business needs into functional requirements.
Assist clients with analysis, troubleshooting, and offer guidance on best practices.
Contribute to the development of documentation, knowledge base articles, and how-to guides.
Assist with root cause analysis to address recurring issues and prevent future disruptions.
Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and organisational success.
Working Conditions
Employment Type – Permanent full time
Office Location – Brisbane (preferred), Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide
Travel Opportunities – Occasional business travel
Qualifications
5+ years of application support for QAD ERP or comparable systems (SAP, Oracle, MS D365, Pronto, NetSuite, etc.)
Previous manufacturing sector or experience supporting manufacturing modules, with knowledge of processes, scheduling & planning tools, production orders, BoM, and routing.
Experience in a Help Desk environment, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities is advantageous.
Demonstrated alignment with the company's core values.
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
