About the Role
We're seeking a client-focused individual to join our team on a permanent 4 or 5 day per week basis.
This role is ideal for someone looking to contribute to the delivery of unbiased, independent financial advice to help our clients achieve financial peace of mind.
This is an in‐office role within our modern Macquarie Park practice.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the preparation of client advice documents
Lead and the manage the implementation of complex client advice
Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely communication on enquiries and updates
Manage the client review process (both pre and post meeting)
Serve clients professionally and maintain strong relationships
Maintain and update our IRESS Xplan client database
Contribute to process enhancements and workflow design
Ideally you will bring
At least 2 years' experience in a client service or support role in financial advice.
Mature workers are encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
A genuine passion for client service and actively seek out opportunities to add value to clients and advisers
Familiarity with IRESS Xplan or a similar financial planning CRM (training provided for the right candidate)
You must also be able to pass a National Police Check and have permanent Australian work rights.
