Based at our Primary Processing facility in Murarrie, QLD,we are currently seeking experienced Boners to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of Australia's most iconic food manufacturers and build a career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
As a Process Worker, you will play a hands-on role in our day-to-day production operations, helping ensure our products meet the high standards our customers expect. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll be involved in various tasks across the processing floor.
AM Shift:
4-days per week with 9.5hr shifts & 95mins total break time - Between 5AM to 6AM starts.

Daily Tasks
Deboning chicken carcasses with accuracy and efficiency
Process and inspect raw materials safely and according to quality specifications
Perform processing tasks efficiently and work to meet individual and group targets
Complete manual handling duties including lift, pull, push, bend and reach
Follow safety rules, speak up and be mindful of risks
Clean and maintain a clean workspace
Work with raw meat products in a cold environment
Store and maintain materials, equipment and tools
You Will Bring to this Role
Previous boning experience is essential - knife skills and knowledge of chicken anatomy required
Capability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently, correctly and systematically in accordance with policies and standards
Ability to understand, correctly interpret and follow instructions, procedures, and information.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
Ability to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles
A good level of fitness is required as you will manually handle up to 15kg
