Christway College Wyndham is seeking a passionate and experienced Careers Counsellor to guide and support our secondary students as they explore future pathways in education, training, and employment.
This is an ongoing, part-time position, FTE negotiable, commencing in January ****.

The successful applicant will:
Provide career advice, counselling and subject selection guidance to Years 9-12 students
Support VCE/VCAL/VET pathways planning
Build partnerships with universities, TAFE, industry, and employers
Assist with work experience, tertiary applications (VTAC), and scholarship opportunities
Contribute to a supportive, Christ-centred school culture
Essential criteria
Relevant tertiary qualification in careers education, counselling, or related field
Current teacher registration or equivalent counselling accreditation
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Commitment to the Christian ethos and values of Christway College
