Afford is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker for Nowra/Worrigee to provide personalised support to clients in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting, guided by individual support plans.
You will work wide-ranging shifts including active nights and weekends, assist with daily living tasks, maintain records, and support clients in community participation to promote independence. This is a female-only position in accordance with applicable laws and organisational policy.
