With our growth, we’re on the lookout for a Business Development Manager / Territory Manager to join our tight-knit, coffee-loving team. You’ll be in charge of growing and managing territories, generating new business opportunities, and developing meaningful relationships with our cafe partners. Plus, you’ll work with our marketing crew to come up with rad strategies to support our partners & brand.

What We’re Looking For

Mandatory 3+ years experience in Wholesale Coffee Sales

Solid skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management

Top-notch verbal, organisational, communication and negotiation skills

A genuine passion for specialty coffee, cafe's and the hospo industry

A trustworthy candidate with sound problem-solving skills

A positive,



team-oriented mindset with a hungry, go-getter attitude

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with cafe partners in your area

Provide our exisiting cafe partners with advice and support to help them grow their business

Educate and inspire potential partners about Will & Co Coffee

Handle incoming business inquiries and generate recent business via cold calling

Deliver coffee training to both new and existing cafe partners

Offer general sales and technical support

Represent Will & Co at industry events when needed
