We're hiring a Head of Sales — the fourth seat on our leadership team, reporting straight to the founder. This role is the real thing, at all three levels:

What your week looks like:

In the field:

you sell. Key accounts, recent doors, boots in venues. You lead from the front or not at all.

With the team:

you mentor and grow a small, high-performance sales crew — backed by real training budgets and real progression plans, because here, people get developed before they get promoted.

At the table:

you shape strategy, own the numbers, and help steer the whole business





You'll be selling a story no one else in the country can tell — including cold chain freshness that's AI-verified at every step and printed on every delivery. Not a promise. A receipt.
