As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our agile team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
Accurately enter and update customer information into company databases
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, services, and company policies
What We're Looking for:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanour
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
