About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Junior
Contract Administrator
to join our construction team. You'll support our Project and Site Managers by managing the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects. From procurement to progress claims, your work will help ensure our builds run smoothly and profitably.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Prepare, issue, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
Assist the Project Manager in drafting subcontractor scopes of work, issuing bid packages, and gathering quotations for evaluation
Manage variations, extensions of time, RFIs, and progress claims
Monitor contract performance, compliance, scope changes, and budgets
Liaise with internal teams (site team, planning & authority, design, sales, accounts) and external parties (consultants, subcontractors, suppliers)
Maintain contract documentation and registers




Assist with forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting to the Project Manager
What We're Looking For
Relevant qualification (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or related field) preferred
0–2 years' experience in contract administration (entry-level is acceptable)
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese to coordinate with overseas suppliers and subcontractors
Robust understanding of construction contracts and project workflows
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Confident communicator and negotiator
Demonstrated organisational skills and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and construction management software (e.g. Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Projects, or similar) to plan, schedule, and track construction activities
