We're looking for Administration Officers to join our friendly and vibrant team across our Adelaide and Walkerville locations on a part-time basis ******** FTE).
As the welcoming face of our service, you'll play a key role in supporting exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy multidisciplinary team.
In this role, you'll:
Manage patient records and documentation with accuracy and care
Coordinate appointments and transport services
Respond to enquiries and liaise with patients and families
Provide vital administrative support to clinical staff
We're looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Thrives in a collaborative team environment
Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Brings a positive, patient-focused approach to their work
What makes you stand out?
Recent administration experience, medical records knowledge, strong attention to detail, the ability to build rapport quickly, and flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster.
