Job Description
You are to oversee the end-to-end leasing operations working within the Property Management team made up of a Senior Property Manager and Property Officer. Saturdays work availability is mandatory with RDO during the week for work life balance.
Key responsibilities include:
Marketing vacant properties, creating and displaying pointer signs
Conducting property open inspections, and follow up calls
Application lifecycle - screening applicants, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining positive tenant relationships.
Routine inspections completed one morning a week.
Reporting - Communicating with Landlords and Tenants during the leasing process by monitoring market trends, and ensure all compliance and legislation is adhered to.
Support Senior Property Manager as required. ie assist with ongoing and outgoing inspections.

The Candidate:
12 months experience in reception or leasing is essential.
A Current Certificate of Registration & Own Reliable Car
Knowledge of Ailo is an advantage
