The Dental Club is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Coordinator to join our leadership team.

This is an exciting chance for an experienced Dental Assistant or Clinical Coordinator ready to step into a genuine leadership role.

Working closely with our Practice Manager, you'll oversee clinical operations across four busy practices, mentor our clinical teams, maintain exceptional infection control standards, and help drive continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll support our Clinical Coordinators, develop our Dental Assistants, ensure surgeries operate efficiently, and help maintain the high standards our patients expect.

About the Role

As our Senior Clinical Coordinator, you will:
Lead and support Clinical Coordinators and Dental Assistants
Oversee daily clinical operations across multiple practices
Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilisation standards
Conduct regular infection control audits
Train, mentor and develop clinical team members




Coordinate equipment servicing and preventative maintenance
Oversee clinical stock control and inventory management
Manage implant kits, surgical instruments and handpieces
Assist with clinical rostering and workforce planning
Prepare reports on compliance, equipment, training and stock performance
Support the delivery of Implant and Clinical Open Days

About You

You'll bring:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Dental Assistant
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Solid knowledge of Australian infection control standards
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
High attention to detail
Confidence coaching and developing others
Experience with dental practice software (EXACT or Core Practice highly regarded)
