Mona, Tasmania’s Museum of Old and Recent Art, is seeking a reliable and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will lead the kitchen at Faro Bar + Restaurant and support across Mona venues, delivering exceptional, experimental food using high-quality local produce.
You will report to the Head Chef and Executive Chef, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure the highest standards while being agile to meet the site’s culinary needs.
