About the role:
In this inbound/outbound customer service role, you will deliver high-level, personalised assistance to help customers with general sales and order enquiries. This service-oriented position involves building rapport with customers and providing award-winning support.
Duties:
Deliver an exceptional experience by engaging with customers to identify their needs
Offer solutions that best meet customer needs
Answer all calls and emails to sales support in a polite, friendly, timely and qualified manner
Provide inventory/delivery/dispatch details as requested
Manage and be responsible for the sales inbox




Provide sales/inventory reports as requested
Regularly contact customers with backorders to confirm if stock is still required and update backorders on the system accordingly
Manage any customer return and credit requests
Assist with any sales/promotional programs
Update customers on any ETA or order changes in a timely manner
Skills and Experience:
Self-motivated, confident and a clear communicator
Previous experience in a customer service role
Problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working
Intermediate computer skills
Great organisational skills
