Your New Role
As the Patient Support Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth running of Access and Support programs and guarantee the timely access to essential treatments. You will serve as a key point of contact for patients, and internal teams, delivering clinical education, device support, and seamless program administration. This is a great opportunity for a Registered or Enrolled Nurse looking to transition into an administrative role.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate and administer Patient Access (PAP) and Support Programs (PSP) across multiple areas.




Assist physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals with account onboarding, patient enrollment, and program management.
Manage CRM database entries and oversee inbound and outbound patient communications.
Provide clinical support, device education, and troubleshooting to enhance care delivery.
Monitor quality, record accurate adverse events, and ensure full compliance with industry requirements

About You
Tertiary qualification in Nursing (Registered or Enrolled)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of ethical judgement and familiarity with health policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
