We're seeking a highly skilled
Senior Network Engineer
to join our team and play a key role in the design, maintenance, and evolution of our global network infrastructure.
The Role
This position is responsible for designing and implementing network solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and proactively enhancing network capabilities to support future growth. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors and contribute to strategic planning and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Swoop's global network infrastructure
Collaborate across teams to enhance network performance and reliability
Develop technical specifications and manage project deliverables
Troubleshoot complex network issues and elevate with vendors as needed
Establish design requirements for hardware
Manage procurement of network resources
Monitor and upgrade the network to support growth
Document network architecture and contribute to continuous improvement
Provide technical support to customers.
About You
Experience working in a technical operations role in implementing, maintaining networks and systems in a telecommunications company and/or networks service provider implementing networks and systems.
Proficiency with technologies such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, L3VPN, QoS, and radio PtP/PtMP systems.
Extensive experience with equipment from Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, HPE, Mikrotik, and A10.
Scripting ability and project management experience in successfully managing complex projects in a technology setting.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate on an ad‐hoc basis.
Current driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred.
