We're seeking an experienced lawyer with commercial leasing and property experience to join LOD and work on assignment with an in-house legal team supporting a large organisation with a significant property portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of leasing matters while providing strategic legal advice that supports key organisational outcomes.

The Prospect
reviewing, negotiating and drafting leases across a broad property portfolio;
advising on leasing strategy, risk management and compliance obligations; and
working collaboratively with business stakeholders and managing matters independently while balancing competing priorities.
About You
at least 4 years' post-qualification experience gained in private practice, in-house, or a combination of both;
robust experience in commercial leasing and property law;
well-developed commercial acumen and the ability to provide practical, risk-based legal advice; and
excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
