We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator / Warehouse Supervisor to join their team based in Moorebank.
This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating warehouse and dispatch operations to ensure orders are delivered in full, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules
Track and update job progress using internal systems
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times
Plan and manage daily truck loads and workloads
Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch
Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and damage-free
Load and unload trucks as required
Book couriers and manage logistics
Maintain a clean,
organised warehouse and yard
Conduct stocktakes and assist with inventory control
Support the team with general warehouse duties
About You:
Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse coordination, or a similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Current forklift licence (essential)
Current driver's licence (manual preferred)
