Location
: 3 days a week in office minimum - Based in Sydney Olympic Park.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM) and AI-powered solutions that are scientifically robust, thoroughly tested, and aligned with governance, ethical, privacy, and human oversight requirements.
Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models, including regression, classification, time-series forecasting, Bayesian analysis, causal inference, hypothesis testing, ensemble methods, and predictive analytics.
Design and execute robust experimental frameworks, including hypothesis formulation, statistical power analysis, validation strategies, bias assessment, confidence and prediction intervals, and evaluation methodologies.

About you
Extensive experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI.
Strong expertise in statistical modelling, predictive analytics, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
Experience developing and deploying LLM and generative AI solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
Knowledge of MLOps and AIOps principles, including model validation, monitoring, version control, and continuous improvement.
This is an exciting prospect to work on challenging, high-impact data science initiatives while helping shape the future application of AI and advanced analytics in a production environment.
