The role

We are seeking caring and reliable Community Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis. You will support people living with disability to achieve their goals, access their community, attend appointments, participate in social activities, and maintain their independence.

Skills and experience
Experience supporting people with disability, aged care,



mental health or community services is highly regarded
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or a related qualification is desirable but not essential
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working With Children Check (where required)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
Solid communication skills and a person-centred approach
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings and weekends
