Partnering with Tier-1 builders, developers, and national waste contractors across Australia, they are seeking a driven, field-ready sales qualified to take ownership of their waste chute division.

The Role & Environment

This is a high-energy, field-based sales position covering multiple states. You won't be stuck behind a desk all day—you’ll be out meeting trade clients, inspecting site specs, measuring up chute fit-outs, and closing equipment deals face-to-face.

What You’ll Do
Drive sales growth primarily through phone outreach, site canvassing,



and cold prospecting (supported by warm inbound leads).
Conduct physical site measurements and check hardware specs across active NSW build sites.
Manage the full sales cycle, earning on unit volumes and deal value.
Build relationships with developers, plumbing contractors, and property managers.

What We’re Looking For
Proven success selling products, hardware or tangible goods.
High energy, phone resilience, and a genuine hunger to hunt net-current business.
Comfortable wearing PPE on active building sites, taking physical measurements and handling equipment specs.
Valid driver's license required for field travel across NSW.

Up to $95,000 Base Salary + Super.
