Omni Recruit is currently seeking experienced
Manufacturing Production Operators
to join a well-established manufacturer based in South Windsor.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience who are looking to join a company that genuinely invests in its people. Shift Details
This position operates on a weekly rotating roster.
Week 1 - Day Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Week 2 - Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday 2:15pm - 10:45pm
Please note: Your starting shift will depend on operational requirements.
About the Role
Working as part of a busy production team, you'll be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, assembling products,



monitoring production processes and ensuring all products meet strict quality standards.
This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who are confident working within a manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality work while maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitor production processes to achieve daily output targets
Assemble products and associated components
Conduct quality inspections and identify product defects
Accurately complete production records and documentation
Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
Assist across multiple production areas when required
Perform manual handling and repetitive production tasks
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
Work towards daily production, quality and safety targets
Promote and contribute to a positive safety-first culture
Physical Requirements
This role is physically active and may involve:
Standing for extended periods
Repetitive production tasks
Manual handling and occasional heavy lifting
Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Maintaining concentration on detailed production work
What We're Looking For
Essential
Previous manufacturing,



production or factory experience
Experience operating machinery within a production workplace
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable transport (essential due to limited public transport)
Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
Highly Regarded
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Experience working towards production KPIs
Ability to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes quickly
Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider production team
Training & Development
Comprehensive training will be provided on all site-specific machinery, products and manufacturing processes.
We're looking for candidates with an existing manufacturing background who can confidently contribute from day one while developing their skills within a supportive and experienced team.
