About the role
We're looking for an experienced Dentist to join our multidisciplinary team as a commissioned clinician, working two to three days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday). Implant experience is essential for this role: we have an active caseload already in place, and you'll take that on from day one. You'll step into an established patient base with full clinical autonomy, backed by an engaged nursing and admin team who care about the same things you do. Beyond that, this role suits a dentist who wants time,



trust and the freedom to practise in line with holistic health principles.
What you'll be doing
Providing general and restorative dentistry with a holistic focus
Delivering treatment across fillings, crowns and bridges, extractions, recalls, implants and oral surgery, within scope
Building long-term, trust-based relationships with patients
Working closely with our nursing, admin and allied health team
Maintaining strong clinical governance, ethical standards and infection control
Contributing to a respectful, values-led team culture
What we're looking for
Essential
AHPRA-registered Dentist with no restrictions
Valid Australian work rights (no sponsorship available)
Demonstrated experience providing implant treatment
Strong clinical capability and sound diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and patient rapport
A collaborative, patient-first mindset
Preferred
Interest or experience in holistic dentistry
Oral surgery experience
Commitment to ongoing professional development
A calm, confident and empathetic chairside manner
