We're looking for an experienced
Service Coordinator
to become an integral part of our team. This is a fast‐paced role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys providing exceptional customer service, and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
About the Role
As our Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day coordination of our service department. You'll be the key point of contact for customers while supporting our technicians and helping deliver an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare customer quotations and process invoicing
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
Liaise with customers, technicians and suppliers
Manage job progress from booking through to completion




Ensure accurate data entry and maintain detailed service records
Assist with coordinating and scheduling daily service jobs for technicians
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
A minimum of
2 years' experience
in a Service Coordinator role involving scheduling and customer relations
Experience within the
appliance, electrical, HVAC, gas/plumbing or similar trade industry
Professional and confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience using
Simpro, Aroflo
or similar job management software (highly regarded)
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy workplace
Good working knowledge of Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan and surrounding areas
Exceptional attention to detail — this is
non‐negotiable
