About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, storeman and 2nd class welder to join our warehouse team. This is a hands-on hybrid role where your primary goal is simple: ensure every order is accurately packed and leaves the warehouse on time.
There will also be some basic fabrication work required depending on what orders we are processing.
Hours:
7am-3pm Monday to Friday weekday overtime can be negotiated
Pay:
$36 - $45 per hour negotiable depending on experience and ability

Key Responsibilities
Packing:
Picking and packing orders, with some straightforward assembly when required.
Order Accuracy:




Check orders against the picking ticket to ensure zero errors.
Fabrication:
Basic fabrication done in a timely manner.
Reliability:
You are someone who takes pride in showing up on time every day.
Safety First:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, as well as safely operating all tools and forklift.
Listening:
Be able to follow the direction of the Factory Manager and ask questions when unsure.
Requirements
Credentials:
A current LF Forklift Licence is essential.
Experience:
Experience with MIG welding and cutting tools highly regarded.
Leadership:
Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor is highly regarded but not a requirement.
