Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cook role, Wednesday to Sunday in Erina, NSW. The Cook will prepare and cook menu items to standard recipes, ensuring consistent quality and timely service. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, following food safety and hygiene regulations, managing stock rotation and supporting efficient service during busy periods. They will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a positive guest experience, contribute to menu development,



and support the overall hospitality environment.
QualificationsDemonstrated experience as a cook or in a similar commercial kitchen role.
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations, with the ability to follow and adapt recipes as needed.
Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practice and secure use of kitchen equipment, with relevant certifications preferred.
Ability to work efficiently during peak service times, manage multiple tasks, and maintain consistent quality under pressure.
Collaborative and respectful communication style, with the ability to work effectively as part of a small, close-knit team.
Reliable, punctual and flexible with availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Current Food Safety Certificate.
