The successful applicant will join a team of experienced Support Workers to provide individualised support to a female Participant living in Terrigal for short periods of time in the morning and evening, shared across a team, 7 days per week.
Experience supporting Participants living in their own home, who have acquired a disability and require support with independent living and complex care tasks.
Qualified applicants are required for this role as delivering high intensity supports is required.
Casual SCHADS Award Weekday rate for qualified applicants $***** to $***** depending on level of qualification and experience.
Essential Skill Requirements:
Cert III or higher in Disability/Community Services/Individual Support or related field
Demonstrated experience (6+months) working in this field
Experience providing respectful supports within a person's home
Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Mandatory Compliance

Working With Children Check
Current First Aid including CPR
Valid Driver's Licence & Vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Infection Control Training
Highly Desirable:
Experience supporting individuals living with the impacts of an autoimmune disorder.
Experience supporting Enteral feeding.
Experience supporting personal care, meal preparation and domestic tasks.
