The Role: Scheduling and CSR (Full-Time)
We are looking for a skilled, reliable professional to join our team in a
Scheduling role
, working
Monday to Friday, on roster with shifts starting between 7:00am and 9:00am and finishing between 3:00pm and 5:00pm
.

Key Responsibilities
Managing schedules and bookings
Coordinating with clients and team members to ensure seamless communication
Supporting operational workflows to maintain efficiency
Providing exceptional customer service

A little about the Role
Liaising with the manager/supervisor with planning daily and weekly tasks
Reviewing, planning and scheduling of operations
Fast paced work environment multi-tasking variety of works
Ensuring purchase orders and work orders are completed and submitted
Coordinate all details of incoming job bookings and outgoing works
Computer inputting daily data and monitoring work through office programs




Liaising with Clients to ensure all booking information is obtained and quality of work is satisfied
Project administration activities including planning, coordinating, and compiling of project documentations.
Working with the Owner, Operations Manager, Plumbing Supervisors and Administration officers in the smooth delivery of projects/jobs from start to finish.
Assist Managers in staff training on select projects/jobs and keeping track of documents
Play a key role in supporting the team
Must have advanced Xero/Bookkeeping experience - reconciliation
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within the plumbing or construction industry will be highly regarded
Scheduling experience required - minimum 5 years
Minimum 5 years experience in Xero
A high commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail
Ability to work within a team and unsupervised when required
A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
