We're looking for a confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic Casual Telemarketer to join our team and help drive recent business opportunities.

This is a casual position, with 10+ hours per week available, based from our beautiful office in Manly, overlooking the waterfront. If you enjoy chatting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists.
Introduce our services in a skilled, engaging, and confident manner.
Identify potential opportunities by qualifying leads and understanding client needs.
Book appointments and meetings for our sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within our CRM.
Conduct follow-up calls where required.
Work towards agreed call activity and appointment booking targets.

You'll be someone who:
Has a friendly, confident, and professional phone manner.
Enjoys talking to people and building rapport.
Is self-motivated, organised, and reliable.
Has strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Previous telemarketing, sales, customer service, or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential.
