We are partnering with a leading ANZ engineering solutions business undergoing a major sales transformation across the manufacturing sector.

The company provides engineering software, simulation technology, consulting and training solutions to customers across:
Manufacturing
Mining
Industrial
Packaging
Machinery
Production environments

They are seeking a Business Consultant focused on:
Current logo acquisition
Competitor displacement
Strategic manufacturing sales
Consultative engineering solutions selling

This is not a transactional software sales role.





The business is investing heavily in a challenger-style sales approach focused on understanding engineering workflows, operational problems and commercial outcomes.

The successful candidate will:
Build current relationships across manufacturing customers
Engage engineering, operational and leadership stakeholders
Drive strategic sales conversations
Identify workflow and operational improvement opportunities

Salary: $110k + $12.5k Car Allowance
