You will work closely with the management team and front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding drinks, great service, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages to a high standard
Deliver friendly and professional customer service
Maintain high service standards and guest experience
Handle busy services confidently and professionally
Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service
Follow all beverage recipes and presentation standards
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and RSA compliance standards




Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service
Help maintain stock levels and report any shortages to management
About You
Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
Strong cocktail-making knowledge and bar experience
Confident working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Punctual, reliable, and responsible
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills are an advantage
Good understanding of restaurant and bar service flow
Able to handle pressure and solve problems calmly
Passionate about hospitality and looking for long-term career growth
RSA required
Full working rights in Australia required. Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply.
