We're looking for an experienced
Restaurant Manager
who loves being on the floor, leading by example and creating memorable guest experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to build a excellent team, influence how the venue operates and deliver exceptional hospitality, backed by the support of Redcape Hospitality.
Rosa Italian is a boutique coastal restaurant in the heart of Coolum on the Sunshine Coast, serving authentic Italian food in a relaxed, welcoming setting. With a small team, every shift matters. We're looking for someone with a big personality who loves being front and centre, builds genuine connections with guests and can confidently run the venue while creating a great atmosphere for both the team and customers.

What You'll Be Doing
Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the venue
Lead front of house service across lunch and dinner
Coach, support and develop your team
Deliver exceptional guest experiences every service
Manage rosters, stock and labour costs
Work closely with Redcape leadership to continually improve performance
What We're Looking For
An engaging, hands-on leader with a strong floor presence
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior Restaurant Supervisor in a busy restaurant environment
The ability to run a venue independently and take ownership of results
A passion for developing people and delivering exceptional hospitality
A commercial mindset with the ability to drive performance
A current RSA certificate
