About the Role
This is a hands-on position working across all aspects of our retail butcher shop.
Depending on your experience, you'll be involved in:
Customer service and front-of-shop sales
Preparing and presenting quality meat products
Meat cutting and processing
Merchandising and stock rotation
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
General shop operations and housekeeping
As you develop, you'll also have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and assist in the day-to-day running of the shop.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
A




2nd Year Apprentice through to a Qualified Butcher
Passionate about quality meat and customer service
Reliable and committed
A team player with a positive attitude
Willing to learn and continue developing their skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
