The Employment Consultant Inclusive Employment Australia is responsible for leading, coaching and supporting participants to find employment.

What will you be doing?
Supporting and understanding the clients' barriers and work to develop employment goals
Creating and sourcing employment opportunities
Supporting and helping clients identify their skills, abilities, and secure sustainable employment
Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders
Creating, tailoring, and implementing a partnered job plan
Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations and community organisations
Explaining to employers the perks and supports in hiring someone with a barrier/disability
Who are we looking for?
Someone who can overcome objections and break down employment barriers
Ability to deliver efficient and effective strategies to positively engage with employers
Awareness of vulnerabilities and the positive effects of employment
Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Well-developed problem-solving skills

To be considered:
Have full working rights in Australia
Have a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
