Junior Building Manager:
Our client is a highly regarded property group with an outstanding reputation for delivering premium building and facilities management services across Western Sydney. Known for their supportive culture and long-standing team, they are now seeking a Junior Building Manager to join their growing business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to establish or further their career in Building Management. You'll receive ongoing training and mentorship while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, cooperative environment. With 90% of the portfolio located within a one-minute walk of the office, you'll enjoy a hands-on role with plenty of variety and genuine career progression.
The Duties:
We are seeking someone who is passionate about property, enjoys working with people and is eager to build a long-term career in Building Management.
Recording and responding to resident complaints and incidents
Managing maintenance requests, operational defects and rectification works
Conducting routine inspections of common property and building facilities
Coordinating tradespeople, contractors and service providers
Managing loading dock operations, deliveries and lift bookings
Assisting with fit-outs, contractor access and bond management
Ensuring all statutory requirements, certifications and compliance are up to date




Monitoring building access systems, swipe cards and remotes
Liaising with Owners Corporations, Strata Managers and residents
Attending committee and stakeholder meetings when required
Maintaining accurate building management records and systems
Delivering exceptional customer service to owners, tenants and visitors
The Ideal Candidate:
Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and a great cultural fit. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as your experience.
You will also have:
Certificate of Registration is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and time management
A proactive and hands-on approach
A genuine passion for the property industry
High attention to detail and a professional presentation
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

$55K-$70K package depending on experience
