Saint Peter is a three-hatted restaurant featured on The World’s 50 Best, located in Paddington, led by globally renowned Chef Josh Niland.

Originally opening in 2016 as an intimate counter-style restaurant on Oxford Street, Saint Peter has evolved over the past decade into a landmark dining destination, now housed within the historic Grand National Hotel.

Under the leadership of Chef Josh Niland, the restaurant has become known for its innovative and sustainable approach to cooking with seafood, redefining how fish is sourced, prepared, and experienced. Saint Peter has earned a reputation for challenging conventions while celebrating the integrity of the ingredients and the environment it comes from.

Requirements
Exceptional service skills and commitment to guest focused culture.
Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods.
Great organisational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation.
Proactive and strong work ethic.
Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
Must hold a current NSW RSA Certificate.
Proof of current Australian working rights.
Solid foundation of wine and food knowledge, with understanding of wine pairings.
Positive attitude towards hospitality and teamwork.
