Hetech is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our growing Brisbane team. The role reports to the Managing Director and oversees manufacturing processes, staff development, resource and facility management to ensure quality products are delivered on time.
The position requires a minimum of 10+ years in a similar leadership role within manufacturing or electronics, solid stakeholder engagement, budgeting, ERP, scheduling optimization and Lean principles.
