We're working with multiple growing Sydney commercialbuilders that delivers a diverse range of fit out, refurbishment and D&Cprojects; across commercial offices, retail, hospitality, education andindustrial sectors. With a strong pipeline of repeat business, they're lookingto add an experienced Site Manager who enjoys working in a fast-pacedenvironment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing multiple commercialconstruction projects valued between $250K and $5M, ensuring each project isdelivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Working closely withthe Project Manager, you'll coordinate trades, manage programmes and maintainstrong communication with clients throughout the build.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomyand working within a close-knit team.
Your Responsibilities
Overseeday-to-day site activities across commercial fit out, refurbishment andDesign & Construct projects.
Coordinatesubcontractors, suppliers and deliveries to keep projects on schedule.
Maintainhigh standards of quality, safety and workmanship.
Buildpositive relationships with clients,



consultants and subcontractors.
Identifyand resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays.
Monitorproject progress and assist in achieving programme milestones.
Ensureprojects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
What We're Looking For
Minimum3 years' Site Management experience delivering commercial constructionprojects within Australia.
Demonstratedexperience managing projects valued between $250K and $5M.
Experienceacross fit out and refurbishment commercial projects.
Confidentcoordinating multiple trades and maintaining project momentum.
Excellentcommunication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Aproactive, hands-on approach with the ability to build lasting clientrelationships.
Tradequalification and/or relevant construction qualifications highly regarded.
Experiencedforeman encouraged to apply
Procore,Hammertech or similar software experience
