Your part in Buderim Private Hospital team
As part of the Rehab ward, you will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a protected environment foroptimalpatient outcomes.You'lldeliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills

Apply sound clinical practice which ensures a safe environment and promotesoptimalpatient health
Effectively exchange informationregardingpatient responses to treatment and nursing care
Demonstrate application of the principles of clinical and workplace risk management




Achieveoptimumpatient care through effective collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of care
Achievesoptimalpatient outcomes throughappropriate allocationof staff and delegation of work and effective communication skills
What makes a difference for us?
Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration, with a minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience within a Rehab ward and/or acute care/hospital setting
Full Australian Working Rights (please note, we are unable to provide sponsorshipat this time)
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, withdemonstratedknowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices.
A commitment to patient safety and quality improvements and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well asundergo nationalcriminal historycheck and functional assessment
