This senior leadership role is suited to an experienced finance professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence. Working closely with Executive leaders, you willprovidetrusted financial guidance, ensure robust governance and compliance, and support informed decision-making across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Lead group-wide financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management.
Oversee statutory compliance,auditsand financial governance.
Manage consolidations across multiple entities.
Provide high-quality financial analysis, reporting and advice to Executive leaders and the Board.
Lead,mentorand develop the Finance team.




Drive continuous improvement in financial systems,controlsand processes.
Whatwe'relooking for
CPA or CA qualified.
Strong technical accounting,reportingand complianceexpertise.
Experience working within complex or multi-entity organisations.
A practical,collaborativeand solutions-focused leadership style.
Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
High levelsof qualified judgement,integrityand accountability.
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders andprovidingtrusted financial advice.
NFP, community services, aged care,disabilityor government-funded sector experience highly regarded.
