Requirements
Experience in retail butchery
Strong knife skills and meat preparation capabilities
Excellent Customer service with attention to detail
Passion tocreate new dishes, and ideas
Previous retail or butchery experience
If you have no experience as an Assistant Manager the right applicant will be trained by our Master Butcher
Great Personality
Solid leadership and communication skills
Organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Wrapping, cleaning, and general shop duties
Must be reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and willing to learn
Must reside in Australia to apply
