W3Global is seeking an experienced Fitter who has progressed to a coordinator/supervisor role. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will oversee the secure and efficient operation of our workshop and provide hands-on leadership to the fitter team.
Responsibilities include allocating jobs, coordinating parts, conducting quality checks, maintaining safety standards, processing orders, and mentoring apprentices. A valid driver's license and Construction White Card are required.
