Erina Leagues Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Club Allrounders to join our team in Erina, NSW. This casual role offers flexible shifts across various departments, including bistro, gaming, bar, courtesy bus, reception, promotions, and bingo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be rostered across multiple areas while having a primary department focus, ensuring excellent service and a great experience for our patrons.
Available Departments & Responsibilities:
Assist with the operation of gaming machines while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Process payouts and provide customer assistance as needed.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee.
Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.
Monitor and maintain a clean and safe gaming environment.
Adhere to Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) requirements.
Reception, Promotions & Bingo
Greet patrons, manage enquiries (phone/email/in person), handle function enquiries, and provide club information.
Process current/renewal memberships, ensure forms are complete and accurate, maintain member records, manage batches and general reception/admin tasks.
Check ID and sign-ins, enforce club rules, handle transactions,



and elevate incidents or issues to supervisors.
Assist with club promotions, raffles, and member events.
Encourage member participation in promotions and support the marketing team with promotional activities.
Safely transport members and guests to and from the Club within a 5km radius in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
Hold a current NSW Driver Licence.
Take food orders and deliver meals efficiently.
Assist in food preparation and plating as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
Provide friendly and prompt customer service.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
Barista skills are an advantage.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Current RSA and ARCG certifications or willingness to obtain.
Full, unrestricted driver's license for courtesy bus applicants.
