Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to support the delivery of a major digital and technology transformation initiative within a large, financial services organisation. Working as part of an established Enterprise Delivery function, you will provide hands-on coordination, governance and reporting support to one or more projects across the program of work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised delivery professional who thrives in structured environments and enjoys keeping projects on track through solid planning, communication and administrative discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across assigned projects
Support project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking and resource coordination
Prepare and maintain core project artefacts including status reports, RAID logs, action registers and documentation
Coordinate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications




Monitor project progress and escalation risks, issues or schedule impacts
Assist with project financial tracking including budgets, invoicing and forecasting
Ensure governance processes, reporting and records management requirements are met
Work closely with Project Managers, delivery teams and PMO functions to support successful delivery
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience as an IT Project/Program Coordinator supporting technology or business transformation projects
Previous experience within an insurance claims domain will be highly regarded
Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and governance practices
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience supporting project financial administration and reporting
Proficiency in project tools and documentation management
