Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and motivated Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical appliances for both residential and commercial customers.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Installing, servicing, and repairing residential and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently.
Performing routine maintenance and preventative servicing.
Completing service reports and accurately recording work performed.
Providing friendly, professional customer service.
Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean work setting.
Following all workplace health and safety requirements.
Working independently while also contributing as part of a supportive team.

What We’re Looking For




Qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic or a Qualified Electrician with a Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning Systems.
Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience.
Solid fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Sound knowledge of electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Current First Aid Certificate (preferred, but not essential).
